Shooting star a sign or did I manifest it?
Long story short, I’ve been manifesting him through certain ways. I’ve done robotic affirmations, the o method, and recently started to fall asleep to subliminal. I’ve seen angel numbers for months, done a sweetener jar spell (I’m a baby witch and after research saw that manifesting and this jar can go hand and hand and it doesn’t back fire or mess with free will just basically opens a line of communication). I’ve asked for specific signs and received it almost immediately. But this is new. He’s moving out of state so we took a short trip to the mountains to star gaze a bit. While we were there, I thought I saw a faint shooting star. To myself I thought, it was be so cool to see one with him. About five minutes later we did. He said “look a shooting star” and I said “omg did you see that.” I’ve never had anything happen like that before. But I’m worried I manifested the shooting star instead of this being a sign. At first it made me feel at peace, like we were on the right track, but then I started doubting. He’s moving states, I wanted to see a shooting star. The thing is we have way too many weird experiences. I’ve dreamed of him and a family member arguing and woke up to screenshots of their texts arguing. We’ve had sleep paralysis on the same nights. I’ll be feeling intimate things and he’ll text me saying he’s feeling the same way. I just don’t know anymore. And I’m not going to lie, sometimes I lose hope but I really do try hard to stay positive about us. But now that he’s a whole state away, I’m struggling. He just started his trip this evening and it’s going to be hard for me to see him. Part of me accepts maybe I never will again but then I start thinking that I can’t let that happen. Like I’ve even looked up plane tickets for next month and have visualized so many times going out there to see him. I think I just need some advice and positive words guys Update - yes this is my ex I forgot to mention that but we are also best friends. We broke up because I wasn’t stable but now I’m in therapy and am really working on myself. What do you tell a friend who's convinced he can make his own ttrpg in < 3 months
I imagine this situation is probably pretty common. I have a friend who has decided to make his own ttrpg. He wants to make his own ttrpg because he gets annoyed by things DND does, but he has only played a few other ttrpgs (DND, Call of Cthulhu, Pathfinder, and Dune I believe). He wrote 30+ pages of his "system" and I can only describe it as...DND but homebrewed to be horribly unbalanced. He hasn't playtested anything yet, but just skimming through it it's pretty clear that it's not playable. He was already happy with it after only a month of working on it though. I suggested that he try other ttrpgs first because what he made felt way too close to DND but he got very offended by that suggestion. He's already asked another friend to make art for it and he's convinced that he can get it published and make money off of it... There's probably no talking him out of it, but maybe I can send him some things that could help. From what I read/heard from him, it sounds like he wants to make an universal ttrpg that's customizable (custom spells, abilities, training in different skills, etc.). Patagonia 23 day itenerary
Just finished 23 days travelling Patagonia and thought I would share our itenerary in case it's useful for anyone else. This group helped a lot in our planning! We hired a campervan from Transpaine (one way) Puerto Montt to Punta Arenas. The cost was £2,000 and included all necessary border crossing documents, unlimited mileage, one way fee and insurance. Ok call me crazy, but shouldn't like completing and getting all the collections in Invitation Store unlock new collections for players? Because what is the point in doing the tasks then? Hi, I’ve recently entered the world of pain that is known as online poker, and while sometimes I make deep runs in tournaments, I usually make close to min cash and can’t make it to the final table. For reference, I usually play $2-$10 tournaments as I’m still trying to learn the game at a higher level, and it isn’t really about the money at this point. That said, how can I improve?
